This is a very good glide for outdoor use as I put them on my lightweight aluminum water is easier to carry in the car. The glide lasts a long time even when dragged along concrete. However, there are no instructions and it is extremely difficult to remove them when they are nearly worn away and need to be replaced. One must use a piece of wood or metal pipe to knock out the stub of plastic from the opposite direction after you have removed the lower section of leg from the walker. This is a difficult task, especially if you are the person who requires the walker.
