The start up instructions are very important to read. They are easy to understand. The only model that failed to print for me was poorly drawn by a third party. I clean the bed with alcohol after every use. I also check the level of the bed using the included instructions which are very simple. One downside to this printer is that you need to use Dremel filament and can only print PLA. I highly recommend this printer.

I just recently decided to get into 3D printing and I'm glad that I went with the Dremel brand, and this particular printer model (3D20). In my opinion, this model is great for beginners, tinkerers, hobbying, and great for general small parts/accessories around the house. Sure, there are some areas for improvement as far as quality (print quality, precision, etc), but overall it's a great 3D printer to start out with. I have had ideas of things I wanted to build and with this, now I can actually make them! Aside from making misc. items, I often find items on Thingiverse to make my wife. She enjoys waking up in the morning and waiting to see what I left her from the 3D printer. If you have kids, I'm sure this would be a blast for them as well.

I am a tech idiot. With that being said, I have been able to use this 3d printer without any problems. I had zero prior experience so, to me, it was amazing that I could unpack it, set it up, and start printing without any hassles or problems. So far this awesome!
