Perhaps the formula has changed or (small amount was missing, as stated) the person who bought it originally was also disappointed with it. It's far from terrible, but it's a very small amount, very expensive and for me, did not do much. I would not recommend it based on this experience. If one is interested in it: I'd recommend going to a shop, trying it and making up one's own mind.
