This Graphics card was advertised as " open box" and "Excellent condition", however when I was installing it , I noticed the outer edge of the fans had a film of dirt . The top fan was partially wiped clean but the bottom fan was not cleaned at all .Also evidence of dust/dirt in the cooling fins thus indicating this product had been in use for a considerable amount of time.
