Greenies!
I highly recommend these greenies as they are a tremendous treat that most dogs should love. I have kept my pet Pekingese/Japanese (Annie) on a reward system for nearly 11 years now and she has not had to do any dental work from the Vet except for an occasional cleaning! They keep her teeth nice and white and also does wonderful at keeping her breath doggie fresh as well! From our positive experience I highly recommend Greenies for a daily treat that truly does good things for my precious little companion pet! Greenies are definitely great for preventive dental care!

Dogs Really Like Them But Do They Clean Their Teeth As Advertised?
I needed a while to determine if the Greenies were, in fact, helping to keep my dogs' teeth clean. I don't think they help, but they do not seem to make their teeth any worse. They must taste good and appear to be viewed as a treat by the dogs because they really look forward to having them. I have noticed that only two types of dental chews seem to work. They are the ones with enzymatic (Virbac) action and those which scrap the tartar and plaque off, like rawhide. All the other stuff doesn't do much of anything but serve as treats.

Greenies Dog Treats
They're not only a healthy dog treat but they're also good for cleaning their teeth. My Yorkie and my Pomeranian love them. My 13 year old Pomeranian had his scheduled teeth cleaning back in February and did not loose any teeth. I feel it's due partly to the Greenies he gets on a daily basis. He only has them cleaned every 3 years. Just make sure you buy the right size for your dog(s). Mine are small so I give them the Teenie (5-15lbs)

what's not to love?
1st off our dogs love the greenies for treats. They can be picky at times too, so the fact that these are a for sure go to treat makes them that much better. Because they like them so much we don't give them to them all the time. They're considered "special" treats for when they've been really good. Not only do our pugs love them, they do help freshen their breath, which any dog lover will admit can be a bit ripe some times. So we love our pugs, and love them more when their breath is not so bad, so we love the greenies as much as they do!

His Favorite Reward
My Dog Loves Greenies. I tell people I should change his name to Greenies because he comes faster when I say that than when I call his actual name. They're his reward for doing his business when I take him outside, & when we come back from a walk, & sometimes just because. Don't get me wrong, he gets HALF of one at a time - and they're pretty easy to break in half. Have to go for the bulk size, because he's never going to get tired of them.
