I have no earthly idea whether this product really helps the immune system but I was told it did or read that so that's why I bought. the capsules are tiny and can swallow two at once. Been using a week. I'll buy them again and see if my next blood tests for immune system show better - I'm low on a couple of immune figures and I keep having to have pneumonia shots and my tetanus shot didn't take last time - my immune doctor keeps having me repeat the pneumonia and tetanus shots because my titres are low - can't imagine mushrooms helping with that but we'll see and if there is some improvement I'll sure write a review again. If it works to help at all it'll be better than having to have the IV's in hospital outpatient for immune drugs.
