Great product, great experience
I did a lot of research before buying a paintball gun and one name kept coming up as a great sniper for under 500. This gun right here, the tippmann a5. Item came right on time, brand new, no issues whatsoever. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend to someone wanting a paintball gun thats worth it’s value

My #1 paintball brand and marker
The Tippmann A-5 is my go to marker. Accuracy and reliability are second to none and maintenance is a breeze. It does not work well with CO2 tanks; but CPA tanks are ideal. Specially if you are shooting a tons of balls down range. Upgrade it with a double trigger and a flatline barrel and you’ll be marking folks further than ever!!!

Beginner or professional, this marker will not let you down!
The Tippmann A5 has to be the most reliable, most versatile, and most customizable paintball marker on the planet. I have owned 3 of these markers now and not a single one has ever failed me. Right out of the box, these things are already great markers. The cyclone feed system allows you to shoot as fast as you want without getting ball jams and the marker is pretty accurate with just the 8 inch barrel. The marker is also really easy to disassemble and makes cleaning and maintaining it a breeze.

The ultimate gun for radical customization. Rugged and reliable.
I own a Tippmann 98 custom and I later bought my girlfriend's son an A5. I quickly fell in love with the A5. It would not be much good in a speedball game, but for woodball, it can't be beat. It is extremely rugged and reliable. The cyclone feed is very cool; it mechanically loads a new paintball into the chamber every time it is fired; without batteries. As it is very modular, It is absolutely made to be upgraded and customized. If you like the MilSim style, the A5 can be customized to look like an M16, an AK47, a G36, or just about any gun you like; or create your own. I have seen adapters for sale that allow the A5 to use every brand of barrels. It can be upgraded with a programmable select-fire electronic trigger, but it is very formidable with no electronics at all. It can also use a "response trigger" that allows for rapid fire with no electronics. If you want a gun to crawl through the trenches with, this is it. Rough conditions that would destroy a high-end speedball gun won't hurt the A5.Read full review

A5 lasts forever
Tippmann a5s are great markers for beginners or experienced players who just want something reliable that work through rain, mud, or shine. They are just go and go with little to no maintenance and are great backup markers if your high end expensive marker goes down due to weather or electrical issues. An A5 will be there for you!

Nice gun! Get one!
I bought the Tippmann A5 because of it's overall reliability, this gun is very easy to maintain and upgrade. I can easily customize this gun. Many friends have had their Tippmann Markers for years and have had no major problems. I would recommend this marker to players of all skill levels unless you play speedball then you might want a different marker. Tippmann makes good products and are known for their performance.

Outstanding Marker Great for Beginner or Experts
The Tippman A-5 is one of the best markers I have ever used. The A-5 is very easy to use, reliable, and easy to clean. The gun can be taken down in under a minute without tools. I love the fact that it uses field strip pins. Out of the box this gun is very basic, it is made to be customized. The options are endless, but at the very least, I would recommend upgrading to the Flatline barrel. Another great feature is the cyclone feeding system. This feeding system is mechanical, meaning every time you pull the trigger you activate the feeding system. No batteries are needed and the purchase of a aggitaor hopper is not needed. The system will feed balls as fast as you pull the trigger. Bottom line is this marker performs fantastic and if you are into military style markers, this is the one to buy. The only con would be, this marker is suited best for woodsball not so much for speedball.Read full review

Good marker! i love the versatility!!!
The Tippmann A5 is the first paintball marker i have bought in quite some time. I read all the reviews I could for it before buying it, it's a solid marker that comes stock in a SMG style very close to the body so you can fire from the hip with minimal obstruction in front of you. However that's not my style of shooting so i bought the tippmann A 5 A 2 kit, as well as a cyclone Feed upgrade kit which is usually only required if you want to shoot over 20 balls per second however I got it to replace the plastic parts inside the cyclone feeder with aircraft aluminum parts. The a to kit turns the a5 into a rifle, it shoots well it shoots fast and it doesn't break balls! I paid $125 for my A5 and a flat line barrel that came with it both were used of course. I will also say that my a5 is a pre 2011 model there are some differences between models made before and after 2011 including some aftermarket body kits and what not that won't fit post 2011 models and vice versa.Read full review

Great deal
First of all, the gun is awesome by itself. But all the extras you get are worth well over what is charged. Only complaint is that the mask feels cheap but it does work. Everything fits and works really well. The apex barrel is insane. I stopped playing about 10 years ago and the flatline was a pretty neat barrel at the time, but the apex runs circles around it... literally. Stock is great and actually higher quality than I thought it would be. Really awesome deal

They are available with the Response Trigger for up to 15 bps without batteries! They are also available with the EGRIP if you want full auto, semi, or burst fire capability.
