I purchased this sled to accurately cut the tenons for the rails on a queen size bed headboard where the tenon shoulder to tenon shoulder distance is critical and repeatable. Like all Incra products, set-up and tweaking are key to performance. I set up my sled on the right side of a right tilt Delta Unisaw so as to use the table extension for support. With this set-up I can only do vertical blade setups, but I have an Incra 3000se for other cutting needs. Also, I used the cut-off from the stationary side and attached it to the end of the extension table, using double side template tape, for support. A few hours adjusting this sled or any miter gauge will pay returns for many years. This is my third Incra product purchase and I highly recommend their products. Also, my tenons are spot on!
