Solved cold fridge/ warm fridge
The fridge side was too cold,so I replaced the ADC unit, unfortunately the original fridge control thermostat has four connections, so the damper stayed shut and now the fridge side was too warm. Once I was able to find this unit which has three connections, everything works great. The biggest headache was that the manufacturer only wants to sell the whole assembly at about 300 dollars. Since I already owned a new ADC unit I was super happy I could find this item. I believe it has a yellow sticker on it. The thermostat controls are color coded one is green and one is yellow. Oh yea, its a bit of a headache to remove the damper assembly, because it is glued in. I used a heat gun and carefully kept applying heat on the outer case and pulling on it, till it came free.
