You only use a very tiny amount! When you cut a tree or brush, have this ready in a small dropper bottle. Drop one drop on the bark to wood area if it is brush and 1 inch strip of liquid on a larger tree where the bark meets the wood. Get each shoot with a drop. The tree or brush will not send out new shoots. Works great for willows. I have a problem with ash trees; they grow right back no matter how many times you snip them off. I dab this stuff on the snipped off saplings and that is it, done, will not keep growing back. This bottle should last any small landowner a lifetime. Do not just splash it all over and do not get it on the dirt! It will soak in and kill everything around it. Amazing stuff!

Tordon RTU works, plain and simple. I'm surprised we are even allowed to have this stuff. I didn't think there was anything left on the market that worked this well. It is ready to use (that is what RTU stands for--Ready to Use), and you do not dilute it. While this may not seem like much product for the cost, a little can go a long ways. For vines and briers, I often use a disposable pipette to apply just a couple of drops to the cut stem. On stumps, I typically just spray a good squirt on the fresh cut right from the bottle. I have been cleaning up a yard neglected for 10+ years which is full of wisteria and Virginia creeper, both of which have gotten out of control, along with various running vines and briers. This stuff will get rid of all of it. You do have to be persistent in getting after new shoots on this rhizome type growth as it is difficult to get rid of all its runners with one go round. On this type growth, try to expose the underground runner and find a growth node. Score the bark on the runner and apply a healthy dose of the product to the runner and surrounding above ground growth (after you cut it or score the bark at the base).
