Doesn't seem to really blend the other markers very well. Even though it came directly from the factory (said the seller) you should buy the refill too, as it isn't really wet. I ended up touching the colored marker to the blender to get a lighter application. The "Sketch" is the bigger one vs. Ciao that doesn't hold as much. I do like the brush ends.
