I bought both the nibs and the powder and although both are good, the powder is the way to go. Without grinding the nibs for ever and using many different steps to prepare it will come out grainy and of poor texture. The powder is ready to go and is easy to make candies or bars .The taste is excellent . This is my second order in less than two months and will be back again.
