They do work... but...
You take one pill a day in the morning with lots of water. It suppresses appetite but also helps you go to the bathroom a lot, which helps you clean your colon. You will loose a lot of vitamins and nutrients, so you need to keep those up with small snacks throughout the day, like bananas, orange juice, even some V8 juice. Exercise is recommended: weight loss = loose skin. If your are diabetic, taking pill with Metformin will add double effects. Will suppress your appetite even more and will go to the bathroom a lot. Keep your energy up with healthy snacks. NOTE: For some reasons, people that have thyroid problems , these pills do not work on them. Hope my review helps!Verified purchase: Yes

Two months, no weight loss.
I have been taking them every day in the morning, drinking a lot of water. No jitters, bloating nor diarrhea like some other people who have reviewed the supplement. I feel as hungry as ever, haven't lost any weight but also I haven't gain any either so far. I will continue to take for a total of two months,lets see if there is noticeable difference. Update: no weight loss, didn't help curving appetite/cravings, felt no change whatsoever in regards of energy. I like to take Aloe vera and Nopal (cactus root) but this particular supplement didn't do much. I will go back to what works for me. Good luck!.

Yes, it is true. You get diarrea when you eat something like yogurt, cereal and stuff like that. I don't know about meat because I am vegetarian. I noticed that when I each fruits i don't get diarrhea lol. I don't know if I can update my comment later, If can I will update it and tell if it works or not. Pills do not work and I have not seen any results.
These pills do not work. I have them and have been using for over thirty days. No results. This item I am still taking and does not work. I bought these pills because it says it will help with weight loss and it does not. These pills make me have diarrhea everyday and they have not made me lose any weight at all. Just runny bowels. I should have seen result in a month and did not. Faulty product. Product not worth the month or time at all. I've been taking this pill daily for about 2 weeks now and I have not lost any weight.
