You take one pill a day in the morning with lots of water. It suppresses appetite but also helps you go to the bathroom a lot, which helps you clean your colon. You will loose a lot of vitamins and nutrients, so you need to keep those up with small snacks throughout the day, like bananas, orange juice, even some V8 juice. Exercise is recommended: weight loss = loose skin. If your are diabetic, taking pill with Metformin will add double effects. Will suppress your appetite even more and will go to the bathroom a lot. Yes, it is true. You get diarrea when you eat something like yogurt, cereal and stuff like that. I don't know about meat because I am vegetarian.
