Using these speakers to replace the truly poor speakers of our small (24 inch) flat screen TV. They work very well in this application, but have no idea how they would be streaming music on a computer. The volume control is a nice feature. Wish the wire connection between the speakers was longer. Overall, a steal for the price.

I love the look and design of these speakers. They are powered by a USB port, which eliminates having a bulky cord and jack. I like that they have an on and off switch, direct volume control, and can be used with microphones. They have decent sound, not a lot of base, but good overall sound. What I don't like about them is that they often chatter or make fast clicking sounds that is made worse or better by where the main speaker is physically placed. It seems to have interference like an old am radio, depending on what you put it near. The sound itself is clear just the speaker seems to be interfering with the electronics. The further the speakers were from the computer the less the interference. Most of the time they are quite with clear sound (if you get them placed properly) but the interference noises are very annoying. If the speakers are to close to something that is interfering with it, it makes the noises evern if no volume is coming from the speakers and even if your not at the computer. For the price I paid I can make due by finding the correct placement around my computer, but next time will look for a set of speakers that clearly states no magnetic or electronic interference.Read full review
