Good quality tool, excellent job
It does a great job. Perhaps, a bit expensive, it does an excellent job in my 2014 Forester XT. The feeling has improved, steering is precise and road feedback is not harsh at all (I would say it should've come pre-installed from the factory). Installed it at a DIY shop. It was an rather easy job (about 30 min) having the right tools (a lift, a ratchet, an Impact wrench and hex socket set). I put this on our 2019 Ascent. Took about 90 minutes total. The vehicle from factory was exhausting to drive, constant steering wheel input req’d to keep it straight on the highway. After the install: on the interstate the car tracks awesome. Maybe one input required per mile on a very straight road. Which is 10-15 times better than before.
