Exact OEM replacement on my 2012 4Runner SR5. Install required removing the right front tire, a few clips on the fender liner, reaching up to access the antenna mount bolt, loosening the antenna so it drops down. Once the antenna dropped, this snapped right into the fender antenna hole. Then just pushed the antenna back up, tightened it and replaced everything I took off or loosened. It won't snap in with the antenna in the way. If you try to do it that way, you'll dent your fender trying to force it around the antenna and into the hole.

Product and shipper were great! Installation on the other hand was a bear. You have to drop the fender liner and remove/lower antenna, then install boot from above and reattach antenna and fender liner from underneath so make sure you also buy some good Push Pin Removal Pliers!
