Installed this in a 99 4runner California emissions. It fits the first oxygen spot. Bolted right in and plugged in fine. Performance wise I couldn t ask for anything more. The one that I had was flat on the scope and did nothing. I had poor idle and worse gas mileage if that s possible in a 4runner. This fixed all of it.
