The service was beyond exceptional! The technician who worked on the circuit board of the clock called and informed me that there were other things wrong with the module that indicated AIR BAG status and operation. He asked if I would like that repaired also. I then asked what the additional charge would be, and he said " no additional charge, I just need you to give us the authorization to repair before we actually do it, and to let you know someone, at sometime, had tried to alter the operation by burning off part of the circuit". I gave him the go ahead for repair. I received the clock back almost two weeks earlier than scheduled, and it works and operates as it was originally designed. Clock unit was exactly as advertised, from a 2003-2008 Toyota Matrix (unit WILL NOT fit Pontiac Vibe), works fine, tells time, passenger seat occupant/airbag indicator works.
