I had a 16 year old gas tank that had gas put in it two to three years ago and not driven since. All the garbage that built up in the tank wiped out the fuel pump. Galvanized steel washers and a gallon of white vinegar divided into four cleanings later the tank was ready to be Kreemed. We used this stuff 40 years ago and it’s just as good now- warm water to the top with the edger and cleaner gets it ready. Second step takes care of the leftover water. And I actually used to complete bottles on a 4.1 gallon tank just to make sure that I would not have any issues because it will be my son‘s bike . And I amazing that the product worked just as well 40 years after the first time. Do not breathe it. Yes was a few injected motorcycles gas tank so it had a large opening in the bottom of the tank a small fan circulate it air through the tank and stunk up my garage like nobody’s business. The second coat I gave an extra day just cause I did not want to have any to do overs. Read full review

Haven’t run gas yet, so can’t comment on durability. Kreem’s tech help guy was helpful. It’s really easy. Seems complicated at first. Got to get all the oils out though. Brake cleaner did not work. Acetone did. I’d only pour in half a bottle for a 2-1/2 gallon tank. I think trying to pour it back into the container out of a gas tank is near impossible.

Used on a 18-year old wood splitter tank that ethanol turned to rust even though the engine was always run until empty before storage but using only once every year or less, did it's damage never letting you run without first having to re-clean the carburetor. Very easy to use although a bit expensive but did not use the entire container that can be used in another tank.

This product is too cool. It dries kinda like a plastic & its thin enough that you can quickly spray it thru an automotive paint gun. Metal must be etched with acid & clean just like a gas tank on a Harley. After stripping the factory liner kreem replaced the old fuel additive destroyed liner in my 03 Harley Davidson making it better than new. Factory is so thin. Kreem 1 pint for 5 gal tank was just enough to swish it around twice with just a small break in between. I would recommend this for all metal gas tanks or sheet metal

Worked as advertised. For my 6 gallon tank I needed to use two bottles for good coverage. My tank was starting to leak (25 years old), applied this and the leak is gone.
