I bought this at the suggestion of someone who said it was a really good iron supplement. What I discovered, after I used it a few days, was that it helped me sleep better. I have run out of this product and have had a difficult time sleeping again, so I am really sure it is Hemaplex that helped me sleep. I have definitely ordered more. I would definitely recommend this product. P.S. This product contains some vitamins as well as iron. I would recommend looking at the label. I think that is why it is a better iron supplement than I've had from any other place.
