Good for the value
This is a refurbished unit and the price was half of a regular unit. For the value this unit was great. It did arrive with very minor scuffs to the finish so it does look a little "used". I have a brand new HP02 that I paid significantly more for over a year ago and this HP01 seems to work comparable to my new one. However the HP01 does not have bluetooth features or an auto function like the newer models. I think for the price this unit is great as we just needed additional purifiers/fans in other rooms in our house. However if you think you might find the bluetooth function useful then it might be worth splurging on their higher end models.

Compact size but relatively weak blowing strength. Refurb means dents and dings.
Fan power, even at the highest setting, is relatively weak compared to other cheaper fans. And the Dyson is surprisingly loud at its higher settings as well. Having ordered Dyson refurbished in the past and received a like-new product I was more than willing to try again but this time received a unit with a number of scuffs and scrapes which was a bit disappointing. Glad I didn't pay retail for it as that would be hard to justify.

refurbished and still wonderful product
wow, the pure has a well made and designed air filter. the fan moves air and heats using only a small footprint. I like the timer feature which comes in handy when I want to heat my room before bedtime and I fall asleep. I bought this refurbished and was kind of worried when I read others review of the product. But in my case, those claims were unfounded. It arrived well packaged and still has a warranty. all the manuals and parts were included. because someone else mentioned that the air filter was not changed on their unit, I checked mine. It is a new filter. Super pleased with this purchase because the price was WAY less than brand new one.

Rattling noise fan not quiet .
The fan has some type of material stuck in the filter base . So it sound like a lot of rattling noise . I just opened it after receiving this product about a week and a half ago. Please contact me back ASAP. I wish I could post video in the bottom ,but only allows picture . I will be more then happy to send back if you can replace with other product. Too expensive to have a broken 200$ fan .

Good Purifier
Has blemishes and came a bit dusty as it was refurb. Cool and heat settings works as it should. As far as purifying, I feel like it really helps keeping the room fresh.

Great item for home and work.
This purifier is awesome. I have one for work and home. The hot/cold feature will allow me to stay cool in the summer when my office is generally hot. I’m allergic to something in my office but since I can’t prove it , I’m hoping this will solve the problem.

not worth it.
much louder then it should be even on the lowest setting. not worth it.... Just a bad design in how it operates... when the "heating" temperature is reached the air purifier turns on, and it is also loud... it doesn't silently wait for the temperature to drop again so the heating setting can turn on, it is just constantly blowing air... and on air purifier the air is cold, which doesn't help if your trying to warm a room, (ie set it to 95 degrees, once it reaches 95 degrees it stops blowing hot and starts purifying, and blowing cold, and then the heat turns back on after a while when the temp drops again, but in the meantime it is this loud thing blowing cold air!). When it is on heat it heats quickly and effectively, but it is not something you can just turn on and forget.. Also, if you loose the remote of something then that's it, all you can do it turn it on and off, requires remote to change temp or from heat to cold.Read full review

Performs well but looks bad
Many scratches. Well it is still acceptable for the main body, but the condition of the controller is so terrible. It looks bad and DIRTY. I understand it’s a used+refurbished one and I didn’t pay full price. But the controller looks like just get picked up from a garbage can. I have to clean it myself (picture shows after cleaning, looks much worse when I opened the box). Well the good side is the fan performs well. Pretty quiet and functions good. Maybe I am just unlucky.
