perfect, brand new in original factory protective plastic, 100% fully functional
MAIN REVIEW - The remote is absolutely perfect, is brand new and still in it's factory protective plastic, and is very fully functional, and seriously better than the OEM remote that came with my tv! I have an old Hisense television that has the Roku already built into it. It still works perfect, but my mom broke the proprietary Roku remote that came with it. I've tried other Roku remotes, but none of them worked. This Roku remote that I bought here was a last resort before needing to trash a perfectly functional television. This remote is absolutely perfect. I like that the volume buttons are on the side (versus the original remote that came with the television). The remote that I received has different "one-touch" buttons (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc), but that's not a problem at all because let's be honest, who uses those buttons anyway? Just for the heck of it, I pushed them and they took me to where they said they would (Netflix button took me to Netflix, Hulu button took me to Hulu, etc). The "clicky" feedback of the buttons are so much better than the "mushy" feedback of the OEM remote that came with the television. I don't normally write reviews. I just buy what I need and move on. This product blew me away! Do your homework, read the entire description of the product and make sure it's compatible with your television, and everyone wins with smiles!
