  • Very helpful book

I found this book to be really helpful. It provides useful advice for dealing with anger, and it also places a strong emphasis on forgiveness as a way of becoming less angry as well. It's written from a Christian perspective, which works great for me, but just bear that in mind if that's not your thing. The book was a really easy read, and surprisingly compelling.
