It works exceedingly well. Insulated proficiently. The nob controls are a little comic and I wouldn’t try to boil more than a few quarts at a time. I really do think this is a great product.

Bought this hotplate to use while we are redoing our kitchen. It has two elements which I knew were of different powers. The large one is excellent, it acts like a real stove element. The small one is fairly useless since it doesn't get hot enough to boil a cup of water.
