When it arrived it had a firmware for the zebra zt411 on it so i reflashed firmware specific to this model and immediately was able to set it up. When it arrived though it had the wrong firmware on it which could potentially damage it "according to zebra technologies" which i have found this one did not get damaged but you may want to hire a more experienced tech instead of using the tech that flashes these machines. Just a tip though. Also the ethernet port does not work. I tried everything to make it work and found only the usb connection would allow it to work. Still love it though!
