Great value $100 for this pretty accurate skeleton, it has great detail including fissure and plate fuse locations such as on the skull. There is a good amount of detail you don't see in the picture. Articulation of joints is good and different appropriate materials are used for bone/cartilage. It is a little thinner than it looks but this creates no issue and is very tall which is really nice. setup is VERY quick and easy no tools required (you may think you do on connecting the rod to the base but you just need to put the nut on the bottom and turn the rod, it tightens itself well ;) ) That said, the skeleton itself is quite strong and probably won't break easily however the wires that connect different anatomical features in places seems a bit thin and I worry it may break with extensive use (for example if used regularly in a classroom as more than a showpiece). Though I do not think it would be hard to repair. For my personal use as an anatomical reference for my EMS education journey I think it will be a valuable learning tool. A strong 4/5 starsRead full review

There are some issues with the plastic molds. The lower lumbar spinous processes were badly mis-shapen. Whomever built the skeleton was rushing because the yellow spinal sleeve (representing the spinal cord) was clearly out of place. You have to dissasemble the skeleton to fix this problem. At least 50% of the nuts were not tightened down on the bolts. Overall, the price is great for a usable model that has some build quality issues that are fixable, but does have a few structural anomalies that are un-fixable.

It came earlier than expected and was fairly easy to assemble. A knurled knob was missing so I had to buy a nut to hold on the left leg. The sternum was molded from clear "cartilage" plastic and a deplorable paint job done, but that can be remedied with white paint. Overall pleased with the size and accuracy. It is fun to dress up as a gag.

I'm an artist AND an emergency first responder. So, I love having an anatomically accurate skeleton of my own. It was my Christmas present to myself. Value? Great value. Now even though it has detailed hand and foot bones -- phalanges, if you must know -- don't expect its fingers and toes to fully articulate, or for it that have all the musculo-skeletal features and mobility that a $2,500 medical skeleton would have. And since it's made of PVC resin, it's a lot heavier than a "real life" dead skeleton would weigh -- as I found out when I took it off its stand to pose with it in selfies. You could probably club a tapir to death with a femur if you had to. (I have strains of Thus Spake Zarathustra -- or that song from Counting Crows -- playing in my head as I type this.) But it even has translucent plastic inserts to show cartilage on the rib cage and pelvis, optical and other cranial nerves and arteries and even a herniated disk. All for about $137 bucks. I've gotten used to having a skeleton in my studio, and my dog thinks it's just another piece of furniture.Read full review

Great value for $99 and free UPS shipping. It had a nice large poster with most big bones labeled, HOWEVER, mine arrived with holes in it due to poor packaging from the factory. The stand pole holder had to be drilled out bigger to fit the pole. Screws and nuts not threaded all the way in/on. Typical stuff you'd expect from Chinese manufactured items. Still it is very cool, a great value and worth the extra work to fix a few things.
