I bought 2 cards for my daughters camera not knowing it would work for my canon that takes 32 size cards. I’ve been using it on my canon and my laptop to transfer files and let me tell you how happy these guys have made me. Head over to YouTube & search Valenciaga for my pleased review on my 16Gb sandisk memory card. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I purchased this thinking it was super fast speed" as stated in the description only to find out a month or so later that it's hardly any faster than my previous "junk" sd cards I had before. And for the price I paid it's certainly not worth it. It has held up well in being dependable but definitely not in speed! If you want speed, faster writing of your photos to not lag your camera, then go with the 280 mb/s one that's much worth the price, not much more than I paid for this one !!! Which highly angers me ! Was too late to return once I discovered this. Not a good buy.
I needed this for a new powershot camera but I was testing USB adapters I ordered and was surprised just how fast file copying was. Luckily I bought several models of the card adapters (they were dirt cheap, I wasn't sure which was a good quality). I going to try a few side by side tests, but I'm pretty sure I am going to buy a few more of these cards and use them for transferring data around my 4 computers. So far seems faster, easier and cheaper.
If you have a digital camera that takes photos at 14 megapixels, or above, and/or has HD video capability you need a memory card with a high transfer rate to make the most of the camera's abilities. At 80MB/sec., Sandisk's latest memory card gives me crystal clear HD videos and remarkable photo resolution ...even when I enlarge photos to poster size. I use both Nikon and Fuji digital cameras (depending on subject/conditions) and am getting excellent results from these cards, in both brands.
