I was having problems with my 7.3 truck. Every time I would use the wipers the truck would want to stall (even at higher speeds) the only way to correct this is to use an OEM ford or international sensor. Any other sensor will get disrupted by the wiper motor. Other people have corrected this by running a ground wire from the wiper motor straight to the negative post of the battery.

All I can say is stick with the OEM stuff. Had a problem with my motor trying to die when I hit the windshield wipers. Found out that there is electrical interference from wiper motor with after market sensor. I put in this sensor and have no problems now.
