Soto ST-330
It's a very high quality burner . now, I can set simmer heat and it's keeps very steady stable flames. Now I can cook rice perfect. Even I can make crapes if I want to . It is direct flame burner but much wider like regular house gas stove. So, the temp control is great and it spread flames better and doesn't scorch pot bottom. It's light so great for back packing. And easy to deploy and set. Just what I wanted. I've got Chinese rip off copy but Ive toss that to garbage 🗑️after this . This Authentic Soto ST-330 is the King 👑 . I should have bought it from the get go. Really.
