You can spend much more for a name-brand and not get much better performance. Be aware that you are getting value equivalent to the cost; good but not outstanding. On the Plus-Side: this crossbow is light weight, quiet and accurate. On the Minus-Side: the foot stirrup set screws don't hold well and allow the stirrup to slip out of the slot. This is a common problem with low-cost crossbows as you are putting tremendous pressure on the stirrup when you cock the bow. Even with lock-tight on the threads, one side slipped out after only 3 shots. Before I use it again, I may take the stirrup out completely and drill holes to allow the set screws to travel past the edge of the steel, so they cannot slip out. Overall: I can live with one minor irritation for a good bow costing hundreds less than other brands. It may not last more than a couple of years, but I can buy 5 of these lasting 2 years each for less than 1 name-brand crossbow.Read full review

I gave this bow 4 out of 5. It didn’t take long to sight in the scope (maybe 15 shots). Took a buck at 45 yards 2 weeks after purchase. DO NOT USE THE BOLTS THAT COME WITH IT!!!! You will shorten the life of your bow limbs using those light weight arrows. Pick up some 400/500 grain carbon bolts. Not the quietest bow when shooting, however it’s very deadly & easy to put together. For the money you can’t beat it.

The Crossbow is great , the scope was replaced right away . Cocking was easy once rope was set to correct length . Sighted in at 20 yds , perfect out to 35 with same cross hairs !! Have not shot beyond that distance . Great price for that speed !!

I bought it as a Birthday gift for my daughter, we put it together and for a while we couldn’t get it to lock the string in, we finally figured out she just was pulling it back hard enough to engage the string lock , she finally got it and the first 3 shots at 20 yrds were all bullseyes without any adjustments on the scope, she’s hooked and loves it, she can’t wait to take it out hunting.

I bought this crossbow recently and shot it with the rope cocker that came with it. I was worried it would be hard to cock. To my surprise it is not to bad at all. I have long arms so I shorted the rope just about all of the way down by the limbs. My bow shot perfectly without adjusting the scope. My hunting buddy bought one also from someone local. He needs to make some adjustments with his scope. For the money it is fantastic. I have a Barnett 400 I will keep for now as a back up. But I could probably get rid of it now. The crossbow is small and alot easier to use in my tree stand. I can't wait for opening day.

The company's standing behind their product is what make this such a great crossbow... other than it is ridiculously powerful! I had an issue with a broken scope, they sent me another scope with no questions asked! ... you can't beat that. Did I mention that this thing is ridiculously powerful?

Awesome crossbow for the price! So accurate I accidentally robinhooded my bolt at 20yds by the sixth shot sighting it in! Would recommend only shooting 1 bolt at a time or having multiple bulls eyes! Taking it hunting in 2 weeks! Oh yeah and I went to a 440 grain bolt so it will last longer without distroying the limbs as it comes with the bare minimum lightest bolts you’re allowed to shoot through it. Having shot compounds for years I know it’s bad on your equipment!

It’s good quality for the price. The quiver is cheap and I don’t really like it. The scope is surprisingly good I do want to get a better one but I will hunt this season with the one it came with, it does pick up light pretty good. over all the bow looks pretty nice the strings are good it shoots fast! Haven’t had a problem with it. It’s accurate the crossbolts it comes with are good but field tips are weak I got it dialed in and shot about 4in groups at 65 yards and I wound up smashing the bolts into each other and busting them so that’s a good and bad thing. It was pretty easy to put together. The shipping was fast and well updated. it is loud to Cock and fire, but all crossbows are, for the price and speed it’s very acceptable. I would recommend it. But you shouldn’t buy it thinking it’s going to be as good as the new Tenpoint, but if you buy expecting it to be good you won’t be disappointed. as long as you take good care of it it will last a long time. I hope this is helpful. Read full review

Right out of the box it was very on target. I set up my target at 40 yards, and shot 3 bolts and had a spread of about 6". I had never shot a cross bow before so I was impressed. After about a dozen shots adjusting the scope, I had a spread of about3". Great product

Bought the Lethal 405 as my first crossbow. Read manual throughly, and set up crossbow. All the steps were simple and I was pleasantly surprised at its ease. The Lethal 405 is surprisingly fast so beware. First couple shots (10yds) to sight in scope blew right through the hay bale I had my target on. 20yds went better but was still surprised at the velocity. I’m excited to get out this season and hunt.
