The perfect no frills small unit. Haven't really road tested due to virus shutdowns but home bound sound is fantastic. I originally bought for a backup type amp but am quickly becoming enamored by its tonal qualities. Over the past few years I have been trying to reduce my equipment footprint and lugging around effort. I have another TC Electronics amp (BH250) along with a 2x12 cab and a 2x10 cab. These have been fantastic in small and medium venues - larger venues all seem to have their own sound systems which tap into my setup. Now, with the addition of this unit, I can even run my Rickenbacker in stereo without breaking my back hauling around a lot of equipment. The sound coming out of the BAM is smooth and even. It can get very very thin or very very fat and everything in between controls are solid and even. The only thing I would say that might be missing is an 'auxiliary in' but that can be side stepped with a small mixer. All in all a great buy for a very big sounding little D amp that can almost fit in a jacket pocket.Read full review

Didn't expect much! WRONG!! This little amp sounds great, with more power and control than imagined. Used with 4 and 5 string bases with a 12" GK speaker box, it covers all the tones you could want. Have not used line out, but I'm sure that also is great. Price is unbelievable for what you get. Careful So small, it could be easily lost.

I have one. 3 hours in the studio with my band without heating the amp. Does the job! It is not like a real 200 watts RMS amplifier but it has good sound, volume, price and micro size / weight (0.7kg). I played whith 1x15 and 1x12 cabs and eminence speakers. With my band in studio does very good job! Gain at 9 hours, volume at 1 hour and flat equalizer. Played whith guitar player and 50 watts tube amp, drummer, acoustic guitar and 2 vocals. Realy good. Very good live too. Buy it if you want small size and great sound. AAA+

Sounds a little like an old Ampeg V4B. Lots of tonal character. It is perfect for my 12" cube. It is cutting it with 40w tube amp guitars a blazin.

I've had TC amp's in the past IMHO they sound a bit sterile and this is no different. It is built well and looks good serves my pupose for bi-amping. I was looking for a small lightweight inexpensive amp for the low end and this is perfect, half the price of the TE elf, but as a stand alone amp eh probably good for rehearsal/practice.
