I shopped several brands in searching for my first weighted-keys piano, but everyone I spoke to said "get a Yamaha". Apparently this is a long standing reputation! The feel of the keys and the beauty of the sound are totally satisfactory. I enjoy the 10 or so sounds I can choose in addition to grand piano. Most of all, the unit feels solid, sounds great, is lightweight enough to move with no problem, and I love learning on it. I bought the Yamaha sustain pedal, it works beautifully and does not move on the floor as the cheaper ones do.

My wife and I bought this piano for our adult daughter who lives in a three-story walk-up. Very difficult to move an acoustic piano up to her apartment. She is very particular about her music (she does theater choreography, directing, acting, & singing) so we weren't sure if she'd like it. Your great return policy convinced us to take the chance. Our daughter loves it! She has complimented not only its sound, but also the key feel, its light weight, and the piano's small size. The exact right product in this application!

We bought this after loosing a couple of bids on used pianos. This product was a comparable/better product than what we had been looking at, for a cheaper price, and seems brand new (whereas the other ones had some potential for wear as a genuinely used product). I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to save some money on an electric piano without compromising on quality.

My order came on time, in separate boxes. I ordered this for my 7 years old daughter to learn playing, That was our teacher's recommendations and my daughter just started to use it. Her comment was: "it's very easy to play on this piano!" Overall, we are happy with our purchase. Good quality. Reliable store.

Sounds pretty close to the real thing. The very high keys sound a little weak, but definitely acceptable. One con is the location of the jacks on the back make access very difficult when the piano is placed against a wall. Especially a pain if you use headphones a lot. Organ sounds good but lacks that rich Leslie type sound.
