McCormick is a respected company with excellent products. There are other extracts which cost 3 to 5 times more and the quality of McCormick is about 90% of theirs and I will not pay more for just a 10% difference in quality. This is what the grocery store sells in 1 or 2 oz sizes. We use a lot of vanilla, so larger bottles are more economical. It is a pretty good vanilla - good flavor, not an imitation, not a dilution. A few other imported vanillas I find more flavorful, but also more expensive.
