I’ve been trying to find eyeliner that isn’t all wand. Lately I find the wand is getting bigger and the base has less and less eyeliner. I’ve been trying all companies I used before and find all are getting stingy. L’Oréal was my favorite, but now I realize all companies are giving less product for the price. L’Oréal included.
