Drastically improves the performance of Dremel 580 table saws. It's a little pricey, but worth it. I bought a Harbor Freight 24 tooth blade(really inexpensive) and the Tenryu outperforms it in rip and crosscuts. I will leave the Tenryu in for all cuts. I have cut up to 1/2" baltic birch ply and 1/2" hardwoods and it has done a fine job. Of course you have to realize that the saw is a small hobby saw and not a large table saw with 10" blade, but it works really well.

This is a marvelous sawblade, which has taken my already exceptionally good Byrnes Model Machines table saw one further step upwards! It runs absolutely true and with no binding whatsoever. It cuts through any woods, including 3/4" thick ash and oak, as if they were butter, but is at the same time able to produce beautifully even and silky smooth cuts through very thin, soft DIY store grade pine. In other words: a great allrounder, and the only blade I think I'm likely to ever need or use on my saw. I have therefore just bought four more, to be sure that I have a stash to last me for years.

I use Tenryu blades on my full size saw. Nice to have a 4” version for my Byrnes Model Machines Saw.

My only regret is not buying it before, once I replaced the original blade, and began cutting hard wood (granadillo, ebony, birch), I was amazed at how easy it was to cut with the new blade, and also very clean cuts. It makes jobs better and faster. Great product!!
