This DVD is a wonderful way to start toning. It features five sections: Warmup, Two Upper body tonings with a few leg moves, Abs, and your cool down. You will need weights to do the workout, but I find water bottles do just as good for me. There are five different songs, but none of them are your typical Sweatin' to the Oldies tunes. Meaning, you won't be working out to "Dancing in the Street" here. I break a sweat more using his toning videos like the one with Broadway music, but this one is a great video. It runs less than 30 minutes and you should give it a shot, especially if you love Richard.
It is a great beginner exercise tape for anyone.This one does not go too fast & the exercises are not too difficult.You certainly break a sweat,and it is not boring.I am a beginner with arthritis & Fibromyalgia & I love it. My girlfriend has been doing it almost daily since January. She has increased her weights & built up upper arm strength & increased her flexability.
