I have very long hair and it really helps combing out tangles after cleansing. Helps to tame frizz somewhat, but if it's a humid day, not much is going to completely tame that. I only use it on the last 6" of my hair, not on or near my scalp. My only complaint is that it's pricey, even on eBay (although cheaper there than at retail); however, it does work and is thick, so lasts a good long time.
