The original is the best. It is the only one worth buying. The one with extra settings and sleek packaging? Garbage. The unbranded Magic Wands? Garbage. Get the one with the Hitachi name and the 2 basic speeds. Golden. Set for life.

First, its worth the value. It gets the job done! But, you might let all your neighbors know when your using it. It's very very noise. These wands are loud but, this one is very loud. Also, The rubber head part did not fit snug on the wand. Which, also contributed to the noise. I shoved some paper around it and refitted it on. It helped.

This is not a real Original Magic Wand, it's a counterfeit of obvious lesser quality. I compared it to my old (and real) one and it's much lighter, less power and just general crappy quality.

Well folks this item is not the same as the older models do not be fooled. The first time we turned it on we could tell from the noise it has no power we went from a V8 to a 4 cylinder.
