A radical approach to weight loss
Optifast is extremely good in giving you excessive weight loss in a minimum amount of time. But what I have realized is it is only one leg of the journey of weight management. What was essential is after the Optifast phase, I met with a dietician to help me understand what was the best approach to meal planning and eating. Also be careful with this product if you are a type 2 diabetic. The people who deliver this product are awesome. They always get the product out ASAP, These are to folks to order from if you are considering this product

A true godsend!
When you get to the point and realize that you are grossly overweight And need to take immediate action to change your lifestyle then this product is definitely for you. It has been a lifesaver over the past six weeks. I’ve never felt so good in my entire life. I know the real challenge will start once I go back on real food. Great product. I went on the optifast program under doctor supervision and lost a lot of weight. I buy it now to make a super vitamin shake for lunch. I add some fiber powder to it as well and it makes me feel full until dinner. It helps keep the pounds off and cholesterol low. Vanilla is my favorite and taste very good.

Good and tasty meal replacement
I have used this mix to lose weight. Works great and, when used as directed, you will feel full and nourished. I do recommend a hearty portion of greens and magnesium to avoid constipation. After losing your desired weight (50+ for me), I still have one shake mid morning, after exercise, with my vitamins to feel my best. I miss it when I run out...so I don't!

Taste, taste, taste. Most powder shakes I have tried taste like minerals and vitamins and the vanilla is lost in the process. This is the only shake that really tastes like vanilla but you get the nutrients you are looking for.
