I love that this sharpener looks like the handle of a Samurai Sword! Very dull knives take a little patience, but once you establish the edge with the "rough" hone, it is easy to maintain the edge with the "fine" hone. So easy to use - well balanced and even fits my big hands! This made slicing the Thanksgiving turkey a real pleasure!
