Upon receiving this package with the candle in it when I pick the package up I could hear glass. I opened the package up and the candle the glass on the candle was totally smashed it wasn’t cracked it wasn’t broke it was smashed. Now it is not the candle itself that I have a problem with because I like this particular candle but I was unhappy over the fact that the glass around the candle had been totally smashed the candle cannot be late unless I find another container. But here’s what I’m even more upset at, There was a name a company and a phone number that was on the outside label. I have called and called and called and called and I cannot get anyone to pick up. There was one call I made a man picked up he was very incoherent and he quickly hung up on me before I could even ask is this the company. I do not know what’s going on with the company but there is something going on so that they are not picking up their phone so that I can address this problem at this point I don’t even know what to do or who to turn to. Could you please tell me who do I talk to about this product that I paid for not living up to what it is supposed to be. Please with somebody reach out to me. Thank you very muchRead full review
