Tile Pro 2020 I'd owned a few Tile Mates years ago,one for my cat and some other items. Their batteries were all slowly fated out little more then a year later then I soon completely forgot them all. Then recently my lovely cat was missing one everning without a trace that I regretted for not replaced him a new Tile on his collar. Fortunately,we were re-united 20 days later. The latest Tile Pro 2020 is so impressed with two outstanding Tile users always asking for. Battery replacement and the longest 400 feet range,and the 400 feet is the pro model only. With many Tile users around the areas,even if your're loosing your item and your're out of the bluetooth range. Donot worry,if someone is using Tile closed by or passing by within the bluetooth range that connects to your lost Tile. It then sends the new location to the Tile server then it'll e-mail you the updated new location with Google map then it'll navigate you to find the lost item,hand down for this.The alarm on this new model is also loud compares to the old models. Intested, it's loud enough for inside the house but it's not really loud enough if you're outside on a noisy areas. The device is water resistant,not water proof. It can resist water splashes or slightly from light rain,not immerse in the water. The Tile Pro advertisment as 400 feet about 132 meters but intested,the range is not that far. The device is attached to the cat collar and my cat is in my next door neighbor's backyard which is about 200 feet and I open the Tile app in my phone from inside my house. The green circle around my cat photo becomes unstable then lost the signal. The more green color around the object means the tile is near by. The 400 feet is the line of sight without barriers. I do not use the iphone so I don't know the IOS Tile app. But the Tile's Android app is not so good. The app it self is not smart enough to update itself on finding its object and you have to close the app then reopen in order to refresh the finding object 's position on bluetooth. The app lost my cat which was out of its range attached the Tile Pro device on its collar and I called my cat. It returned to about 10-15 feet from me but the app is freezed and still considered the cat is still missing until I closed it then re-opened it again,this time it found the cat is near by with a deep green donut around it. I am still learning on this new Android app and it's somehow confused compares to the IOS I used years ago when I owned the iphone and ipad. Read full review
