The dot is clean and crisp. No special tools needed to sight it in, just a flat screwdriver. You can feel and hear the clicks while adjusting. I love the use of a single AA battery. This is my 2nd Wolverine CSR. I also have an EOTECH and I prefer the CSR. The warranty on the Sightmark is better and as far as reliability is concerned my EOTECH crapped out after 9 months so I wasn't very impressed after paying over $500 for it. The Wolverine has the same features as the EOTECH, the controls are easier to get to, you can use alcohol swabs to clean the lenses and it costs less than 1/3 the price. The Wolverine is just a better optic.

Don’t spend $500 for a sight when you can get a Sightmark Wolverine for less than half of that. I own Eotechs, Burris, Trijicon, Bushnell and the Wolverine is just as good and in some cases better than the high end makers mentioned.. 32 years in Law Enforcement doesn’t make me an expert, but I do have experience with a wide variety of optics. Sightmark has an inexpensive winner here.
