Surprised Performance & Fun to Use
Shocked how well this cordless vacuum works on carpets. I think it has more cleaning power than my central vacuum with it's 120V power head. Battery last long enough to clean small Cape Cod house with a mix of hardwood floors and carpet. Some folks complain about hair becoming wrapped on the beater bar, but old central vacuum did this also and view this as just necessary maintenance. Only beef is the lift away flex hose is too short for some maneuvers and the crevice/brush tool attachment is extended away from the handle due the wand tube connection. All in all vacuuming more because it is so simple use.

Lightweight with great suction & maneuverability
Very light & extremely easy to maneuver. The ability to take the canister off allows you to get under very close, tight areas. Removing & replacing everything is very easy to do. Works well on rugs & hard wood or tiled floors. I don't use it as my primary vacuum but for a bedroom bathroom area & when it's too much to take out the corded vacuum. I'm so glad I got this & highly recommend it.

Excellently Engineered. Simple, Yet Powerful.
Far exceeded our expectations. Very well thought out design. Extremely easy to use; everything is easy to find and operate. It’s powerful, but super quiet (!)- enough to have a conversation without raising your voice. It’s lightweight, and turns on a dime. The only thing I would change would be to have it include an accessory holder. It doesn’t, so the ones that come with it have no place to go, unless you buy the holder- which is only like $10 on Shark’s site. We bought an extra battery as well ($80). It only took 3-4 days to be delivered. We can vacuum the entire 3-level, 4/3 house on one charge, but wanted an extra to rotate batteries. Buy this vacuum wherever you can get the best deal. You won’t regret it.

Works great and it’s easy to use. Battery last a long time and has light bar so you know when it’s getting low. I amazed by how much dirt it picks up. So glad I went with this vacuum!

Beats the Dyson cordless.
Replaces a failed Dyson V6. This innovative design is superior without a doubt. The double rollers work equally well on hardwood and carpet. Pop the canister off and vacuum under low furniture or carry it outside and vacuum the car. Really picks up pet hair, led lights are a big plus. I can't speak on durability but so far I like this better than my Dyson cordless.
