I really like this vacc! Light weight, packs a powerful punch as far as the suction. 3 settings for power. I have all hardwood floors in a 1900 American Foursquare restored home. So we have to vaccinated CONSTANTLY!! I’ve been looking for a quality vacuum that doesn’t need to be replaced every few months. Also wanted something easy to empty and clean. DysonDirect with the eBay refurbished standard has been the perfect solution for me!! Excellent product!! Easy purchase. Great discount. Fast delivery!
This device does not last close to the "up to 60" minutes claim. At the lowest setting, I was able to drain the battery in half an hour. I haven't had it for more than a week so I will test it a bit longer before complaining too much about the battery life.
That being said, this is a powerful device. The suction does the job and was able to remove more than expected from carpet flooring.
The vacuum wall mount could have been better. There are only two additional slots to store additional extensions. I have to store the two extra extensions that came with the device somewhere else. Not a deal breaker of course.
Super easy move from room to room. Very light weight and quiet (doesn't even freak out the cats) but more powerful than my upright from another company. Even on medium power it easily gets all of the pet hair. It stores in a bracket that also contains two slots for attachments I use frequently and it charges while it is hung up. What is not to like?
not my 1st Dyson and won't be the last. I love these vacuums. This new ones run time is so much longer than my old one and it holds 2x's as much. I don't have to drag the big plug in Dyson out. I have tried the other brand cordless vac and was very disappointed in the lack of suction. I won't try those again. Will stick with the Dyson.
