It is some thick substance and after you open a bottle in 10 days it turns into jelly, like a glue for papers thus you will not be able to apply it any more. Applicator is so thick that it would only good for mop. It does not help at all. Do not waste your money. Shame on You manufacturer!

I purchased two bottles and one of the bottles dried up after the third day. I am on my second bottle and I had no issue with this one. I had bunch of skin tags on my neck which are slowly falling off. Product does burn a little but it's a tolerable burn for quick fix.
