this was a replacement
I bought my husband this toothbrush and it died after 2 years (of course the warranty lasted 2 years and we missed the cut off by ONE month!) but we love our toothbrushes and didn't hesitate to buy another one. This one has a 2 1/2 year warranty. I've had mine for over 2 1/2 years and it still works great! I will note that the replacement heads were generic NOT the real Sonicate brand. Overall, I really like this toothbrush. I would recommend getting the case because it is so convenient when traveling. Tip: Although the brush doesn't look old you can totally tell the difference when adding a fresh brush head so I would follow the new one every three month trend that have going on.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

What a Mess
The toothbrush does not come with any instructions on care and use. Perhaps if I had information about the proper care, I would not be so disappointed with the product, but it makes so much mess from toothpaste spray that I dread using it. Good but a little uncomfortable
