BEFORE YOU BUY.....Read ingredients vs other similar products
So dissapointed ! I should have looked closer at the ingredients and size. There are so many other healthy shakes that have more vitimains and minerals than OPTIFAST...ie. MM Muscle Milk Zero has no sugar and only 110 mg sodium,and 100 calories. OPTIFAST has 8% sugar and 300 mg sodium and 160 calories ! Also I was surprised at the small size of OPTIFAST 237 mg vs 330 mg for Muscle Milk. Could go on, but check out first for yourself before you purchase......and check out the price difference !!!

LOVE this product! I have been drinking two a day a snack I'm between, and dinner...and seel and feel a difference. I have also been working out. I also really enjoy the taste. I am also getting used to the juice box size. The only thing is that they don't keep me satisfied for 4 hours...more like 2 1/2, so I have a healthy snack and I'm good. Def plan on purchasing again.

I was excited to find optifast on eBay. The place where is used to get it from is 40 minutes away. I lost 68 lbs using optifast 12 years ago and I wabt to try to do it again. I've tried everything else. This is so easy. No hunger and lots of energy.

The price is the BEST, like I plan on reordering from this company!!! AND I don't have to worry about the product expiring any time soon. The product DEFINITELY works as long as you are disciplined. I started using this product at a doctor's office at a greater expense for just one week!. BUT finding it here at this price I'm SOOOO grateful; I can actually afford this weight loss journey. I love these shakes. They taste soooo good! I was never a big eater anyway so shakes alone work for me. They are expensive but they do work. 4 weeks and I've lost 17 pounds (I am 5'6" and went from 180 to 163)!! In addition to the shakes I also walk 2-3 miles 3-4 times per week. After week three I seemed to plateau. I ate a sensible dinner in lieu of a shake and that seemed to jumpstart my metabolism again.

This has been a great way to lose weight. 3 drinks, 2 bars and then a 150 calorie snack from Ambari nutrition. It’s a weight loss drink, so of course never enough. I pour over a cup of ice and add a straw. Makes it go farther. The straw gets every drop. I really like them now. Only thing that helped me lose weight. Also this site was less expensive than the doctor who sold them in my town.
