We love the machine but directions included in the box left a lot to be desired. It was necessary for us to spend a lot of time figuring out how it works. NEEDS BETTER DIRECTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION!! That does not change the fact excellent vacuum.

Well, like all upright vaccuums,.. you push and pull the whole weight of the vacuum. and is tiring. A good workout I guess. It is lighter than the usual. The ball helps move it around. The extension tube I pull against constantly as it resists being stretched out.. I also fight the cord as it is in my way all the time. So, instead of focusing in on the vacuuming itself, I am focused on my struggle with the vacuum cleaner .. The vacuum itself is good. Has great suction. Emptying the canister is very easy. Next time I am going to try a canister vacuum.. The weight of the vacuum I would pull behind me,. and the cord is behind me,.. and the vacuum wand is already there, I don't have to switch back and forth between the vacuum and the tube extension.
